After hip and shoulder injuries of my own, I can honestly say I know what it feels like to be sidelined. The methods I use on myself are the same ones I use for you. Consistency over time is my motto so let’s build a foundation that keeps you doing what you love for the long haul.
I bridge the gap between healthcare and the gym, working with motivated people who want to build a resilient body. Whether you are rehabbing an injury or looking for a strength program to prevent one, I design sustainable plans for the gym so that you can succeed outside of it. We’ll work together to not only get you back to baseline, but take you beyond it.
