What exercise experience do I need to complete your program?

The 6 week strength program is for people who are familiar with lifting weights and don’t need much form correction, more so program guidance to make strength gains. The custom program is for people who are new to lifting weights or need more individualized guidance.


What if I have pain or an injury?
